Our designers use optimized workstations for running various CAD and 3D Imaging software programs as NX, CATIA, AUTOCAD or simulation as PAM-STAMP. With our softwares we can handle files of following types: *.prt, *.CATProduct, *.CATPart, *.model, *.igs, *.stp, *.dwg, *.dxf etc.
As product development we cover a lot of metal stamping process from sheet metal deep drawings, prototyping parts, manufacturing tool and dies for metal stamping and setting up sheet metal part production. By providing all fabrication and finishing services for our tooling in-house, we are better able to maintain control over our delivery schedules and our quality and provide you with a complete and ready-to-go solution you can count on.
Our designers can provide more than 1100 hour/month of quality work. We use 7 license SIEMENS NX (UNIGRAPHICS) V9 CAD-CAM, 2 license Catia V5R22 CAD, 2 licenses AUTOCAD LT and 1 PAM-STAMP Licence.
