The manufacturing department has a capacity of 3500 hours/month (with the possibility of growth), covering CNC machining, EDM, milling, grinding and final assembly.

The execution of the moulds is carried out by a team of specialized operators on CNC and EDM equipment, together with experienced moldmakers. Together, they cover the entire execution process, from the machining of the components to the final assembly and verification.

Mould making is carried out with modern equipment and with strict attention to quality, to ensure the precise and durable operation of each mould.

Our operators use modern technologies such as:

• CNC machining center;
• EDM & WEDM wire electric discharge machining;
• fiber laser cutting and O2/N2 gas assisted;
• milling, turning, grinding and other mechanical processing.

This collaboration between operators and molders guarantees the achievement of:

• manual and progressive dies;
