The design department has a capacity of 1000 hours/month, creating 3D models, simulations and technical documentation.

At MUSA Pitești, the design process is the foundation of every technical solution we create. Our team of engineers uses advanced CAD-CAM software – Siemens NX, CATIA, AutoCAD and PAM-STAMP – to transform customer ideas and requirements into precise and functional models.

We design:

• manual and progressive dies;
• welding and assembly devices;
• control models;
• prototype parts and stamped components.

Each project is designed to provide precision, stability and efficiency in production, adapting to sheet thicknesses between 0.65 mm and 4 mm. Through experience, attention to detail and a solid technical approach, we deliver complete, customized and ready-to-implement solutions.
