We offer spot welding, MIG-MAG welding and robotic welding services, ensuring reliability, precision and high-speed assembly processes. Our factory is equipped with 40 welding machines:

• 18 spot welding machines;
• 15 ABB robotic cells;
• 3 MIG-MAG robotic cells;
• 3 welding pliers;
• 1 robotic cell for welding nuts.

All welding processes are monitored and controlled according to customer requirements and international quality standards. We use modern equipment for welding parameter control and dimensional verification of assemblies to guarantee the repeatability and conformity of each part.

We weld both individual components and complex assemblies, adapting the processes according to the material and thickness. We can process a wide range of steels (carbon steel, galvanized steel, special steels for the automotive industry), with variable thicknesses depending on the project specifications.

Robotic welding allows us to have:

We also have the ability to develop positioning and verification devices for welded assemblies, ensuring precise joints and tolerances in accordance with the design.
