S.C. MUSA-PITESTI’96 S.R.L., with headquarters in the Municipality of Pitesti, Str. Capitan Cutui, no. 23, Arges County, is carrying out, starting with June 30, 2014, the project “Increasing the competitiveness of S.C.Musa-Pitesti’96 SRL by upgrading the broadband connection”, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, based on the financing contract no. 2 TIC 3.1.1./188/1 / 30.06.2014.

The project is financed through the Operational Program “Increasing Economic Competitiveness”, Priority Axis III “Information and Communications Technology for the private and public sectors”, Major Intervention Area 1 “Supporting the use of information and communications technology”, Operation 1 “Supporting access to the Internet and related services”.

Management Authority: Ministerul Fondurilor Europene.

Intermediate Body: Agenția pentru Dezvoltare Regională Sud Muntenia.

The total value of the project is 139,206.74 lei, of which the non-refundable financial assistance is 58,399.65 lei.

The project is being implemented in the municipality Pitesti,str. Capitan Cutui, nr.23, Arges County over a period of 6 months.

The objective is to increase the productivity and economic competitiveness of Romanian enterprises, promote interaction between enterprises and public authorities, between enterprises and their partners by capitalizing on the potential of ICT while ensuring the principles of sustainable development, in order to reduce the productivity gap at the European Union level.

The specific objective consists of upgrading the broadband connection at S.C. MUSA-PITESTI ’96 S.R.L to 300Mbps, purchasing equipment (three servers, five computer systems, eight monitors, a multifunctional printer, eight uninterruptible power supplies and other related accessories), purchasing and implementing the electronic signature solution, purchasing operating system and antivirus licenses for servers and computer systems, and office software suite licenses for computer systems. A company website will be created to increase visibility in the economic environment.
