MUSA PITESTI ‘96 S.R.L. with headquarters in Pitesti, 23 Capitan Cutui Street, Arges County, owner of the field of activity code CAEN 2573 – Manufacture of tools (stamps and dies) and code CAEN 2932 – Manufacture of parts and accessories for motor vehicles and motor vehicle engines, regulated by Environmental Authorization No. 126 of 26.03.2012 revised on 20.07.2018, makes available to the public through active dissemination, the following environmental information:- During the period August - September - October - 2019, no accidental pollution phenomena occurred on the quality of environmental factors.

The specific conditions and requirements established in the Environmental Authorization regarding waste management monitoring are complied with in accordance with the provisions of:
- Law nr. 211/2011 regarding the waste regime.
- HG 856/2002 regarding waste management records and for the approval of the list of waste, including hazardous waste.
- NTPA 002/2002, approved by HG 188/2002, regarding the discharge of water (domestic and rainwater) into the city sewer network.
